All purchases are fulfilled and shipped within the first 24-48 business hours. The only exception to this is for local cold-brew coffee purchases; please allow 48-72 hours in this case.
All Seattle, Burien, and Tukwila city orders will be hand-delivered without any additional shipping fees. Please select the "Greater Seattle" shipping option at checkout in order to receive free shipping.
All other shipments are mailed via USPS, which you can expect to receive in 1-3 days following the fulfillment of your order, limited to the U.S. only - we do not ship internationally at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
We care about excellence! Not only giving you an excellent product, but also giving you an excellent experience. If you are unhappy with the product or service that you received for ANY reason, please let us know and we will gladly issue a full refund.
Subscription Services: All subscription services are on a recurring schedule. You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. Simply email us at email@example.com to cancel your subscription and your subscription will be canceled within 48 business hours of you request.
Our business hours are: Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm.
All orders will be delivered or shipped. In-store pickups are not available at this time. For Seattle, Burien, and Tukwila residents, shipping is free when this option is selected at checkout.
